Terms of use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blackjack Ledger.

Permitted use

Blackjack Ledger is an educational probability simulator for private practice. You may use it to study hypothetical shoe composition, counting systems, and published side-bet paytables.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to violate a law, regulation, casino rule, or third-party right. You may not use it as an electronic aid during live real-money gambling where such use is restricted or prohibited.

No gambling or financial service

Blackjack Ledger does not accept or place wagers, hold funds, connect to casinos, provide financial advice, or guarantee any outcome. Probability and expected-value calculations describe mathematical models and long-run averages, not what will happen next.

Risk

Gambling involves risk and may result in financial loss. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to gamble, for verifying the rules that apply where you are located, and for complying with venue policies.

Accuracy and availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Calculations may be affected by incorrect card entry, different house rules, software defects, or changes to a game. Verify important information independently.

Pricing and what you get

Blackjack Ledger Pro is sold as a lifetime licence: $59.00 USD, paid once. There is no subscription, no renewal and no expiry — you buy it once and it stays on your account. Prices are in US dollars and shown before any applicable tax. Pro removes the free daily card limit and unlocks count deviations, the exact side-bet expected-value analysis, and the implied-stake figure in the bet-sizing panel. The bet-sizing panel is a calculator, not advice: it reports what a stated bankroll and risk setting imply under the Kelly criterion, and it does not recommend that you gamble or predict any outcome. Bankroll figures you enter are stored on your own device and are never transmitted to us. Without Pro the application remains usable under a daily limit of six practice drills and 156 cards of shoe entry. Both limits reset each day.

If you already subscribe. Monthly and annual subscriptions are no longer sold, but every subscription bought before they were withdrawn continues exactly as agreed: it keeps billing at the rate you were given, keeps Pro, and can be cancelled at any time from the Account page. Withdrawing a plan from sale does not change or end anyone's existing purchase. A founding rate stays in place for as long as that subscription remains active and uncancelled; if it lapses, Pro is available again as the lifetime licence at the then-current price.

Refunds

The lifetime licence. If it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Six drills a day are free before you buy, so you can try every drill in the application without paying anything.

Existing monthly and annual subscriptions. Cancel at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not refund partial months, because you keep the access you paid for until the period ends.

If a charge was made in error, or the software did not work as described, contact us and we will make it right regardless of the timeframe above.

Cancelling

A lifetime licence has nothing to cancel — it does not bill again. If you subscribed before subscriptions were withdrawn, cancel it yourself from the Account page: Manage or cancel your subscription opens Stripe's billing portal, where you sign in with your purchase email and can cancel, change your card, or download invoices. You can also email support@10ktrials.com from the address you purchased with and we will cancel it for you, normally within one business day. Either way, billing stops and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Changes to these terms

Features may change as the application develops. If we change pricing or these terms in a way that affects an existing subscription, we will say so by email before the change takes effect.
