Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blackjack Ledger.

Permitted use

Blackjack Ledger is an educational probability simulator for private practice. You may use it to study hypothetical shoe composition, counting systems, and published side-bet paytables.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to violate a law, regulation, casino rule, or third-party right. You may not use it as an electronic aid during live real-money gambling where such use is restricted or prohibited.

No gambling or financial service

Blackjack Ledger does not accept or place wagers, hold funds, connect to casinos, provide financial advice, or guarantee any outcome. Probability and expected-value calculations describe mathematical models and long-run averages, not what will happen next.

Risk

Gambling involves risk and may result in financial loss. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to gamble, for verifying the rules that apply where you are located, and for complying with venue policies.

Accuracy and availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Calculations may be affected by incorrect card entry, different house rules, software defects, or changes to a game. Verify important information independently.

Pricing and what you get

Blackjack Ledger Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Founding pricing is $9.00 USD per month or $90.00 USD per year, applied as a 25% discount and limited to the first 50 members across both plans. The limit is enforced at checkout: once 50 founding places are taken the discount is refused and the standard price applies. After that the price is $12.00 USD per month or $120.00 USD per year. A founding rate stays in place for as long as the subscription remains active and uncancelled; if it lapses, resubscribing is at the then-current price. Prices are in US dollars and shown before any applicable tax. Pro removes the free daily limits and unlocks the exact side-bet expected-value analysis and the implied-stake figure in the bet-sizing panel. The bet-sizing panel is a calculator, not advice: it reports what a stated bankroll and risk setting imply under the Kelly criterion, and it does not recommend that you gamble or predict any outcome. Bankroll figures you enter are stored on your own device and are never transmitted to us. Without Pro the application remains usable under a daily limit of 156 cards and one drill.

Refunds

Monthly and annual subscriptions. Cancel at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not refund partial months, because you keep the access you paid for until the period ends.

If a charge was made in error, or the software did not work as described, contact us and we will make it right regardless of the timeframe above.

Cancelling

There is no self-service cancellation screen yet. Email support@10ktrials.com from the address you purchased with and we will cancel the subscription and confirm by reply, normally within one business day. A cancellation stops all future billing.

Changes to these terms

Features may change as the application develops. If we change pricing or these terms in a way that affects an existing subscription, we will say so by email before the change takes effect.
